Wilder Cancellation Policy

As Wilder is a small, independent, family-run business, we heavily rely on all reservations being honoured by our guests or sufficient notice being given of any changes to the booking.

Due to this, card details are required to secure your booking- reservations cannot be made without these details. These will be safely & securely stored by Bookatable.

Card details provided are not available to us for use as payment for your bill on the night.

If you were to cancel or reduce your table size with less than 24 hours (or if some of the guests did not turn up or notify us of a cancellation), unless we can re-sell the table in full, then a £95pp charge will be taken from the card used when making the booking. The cancellation charge reflects the cost of the food, drink & staffing incurred by us in anticipation of your booking.

If you cancel or reduce your table size with more than 24 hours notice, no charge will be taken.

Please email or call the restaurant directly as soon as possible if you know of any changes or cancellations. Bookings cancelled online within our 24 hour cancellation policy will still be charged. We also ask you to let us know if you are running late for your booking time of 7pm.

We will send you an email to notify you of any charges taken.
