That's right, Downstairs at Wilder is our (Market) Street level space, it's a more spontaneous, more aperitivo inspired way to dine with us. There are no reservations here. Just a scattering of small tables. and a window bar to perch on...

Grab a space if vou spot one. If we're full, Nailsworth's calling - have a wander and pop back later.

So, what could be on my board?

In true Wilder fashion, Matthew will design four ever changing and curated tasting boards to choose from.

Meat, Vegan, Fish and Cheese.

That's it. Just trust us. Things to nibble, scoop and share.

These boards will follow the same instincts as our tasting menu.

Expect to try (and likel) things you normally wouldn't choose,

Okay, but what will we drink?

The wine list is small but thoughtful Just two or three glasses available [or a bottle, if you like!) Alongside the wine and champagne you will find a cocktail, some spirits, and a classic homemade soft drink.

Again, we're keeping it super simple but special.

When?

Come in any time from 6.30pm Wednesday to Saturday. There are no reservations. but (unlike the tasting menu) it's whenever you feel like eating
