Holy Spirits is an independent boutique whisky, spirits & fine wine specialist based in just 2 minutes from Wilder. It is the brainchild of Athila Roos. The shop focuses on offering sustainably made products (organic, biodynamic, B-Corp certified, sustainable farming and viticulture) as well as exceptional and singular expressions from distilleries around the world.

Becoming an annual event where the doors will be thrown open for everyone. The Long Table is a social enterprise that exists to connect people around food, build community whilst establishing food equality. Food on the night is served on a first-come-basis, until 8pm or the food runs out. The delicious food on offer will be vegan and gluten free.

Athila’s 7-years experience as a Sommelier in top venues in London (Roka, Zuma, The Savoy Hotel, The Arts Club) will be put to the challenge by Chef Matthew’s (With stints in Barcelona, London, Melbourne and Sydney and working alongside the likes of Marcus Wareing, Angela Hartnett, Gordon Ramsey, Simon Rogan and Martin Blunos ) delicious 8-course-menu using seasonal & local ingredients.
